Job Overview

  • Travel RN position in Carthage, Tennessee
  • Specialty: Med/Surg

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Tennessee
  • Med Surg (1 year of experience)
  • Med Surg experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Experience / Skills

  • Experience with IVs, Foley catheters, pain management, and EMAR

Unit Details

  • 18-bed adult and geriatric Med/Surg unit with occasional pediatric patients
  • Typical patient ratio: 1:5

Additional Notes

  • Orientation is weekly on Mondays
  • Travelers must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
  • Tennessee Abuse Registry check required before start
  • Facility reserves the right to require additional certifications before start
