RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Role Overview

Travel RN assignment in the Cath Lab unit.

Unit Details

  • Unit: Cath Lab
  • 5 recovery beds and 2 Cath Labs
  • Patient ratios: 2/1 in Recovery, 1/1 in Cath Lab
  • Call is required
  • No float required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Georgia
  • Cardiac Cath Lab (3 years of experience)
  • Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with moderate sedation analgesia

Procedures / Clinical Experience

  • Heart Cath
  • Peripheral
  • Devices Insertion
  • IR cases

Equipment / Documentation

  • MacLab
  • Balloon Pump
  • Impella
  • Boston IVUS/FFR
  • Documentation system: MacLab and Meditech

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • 13-week contract

Compensation / Housing

  • OR scrubs will be provided by the hospital
