Job Overview

Travel RN position in Lewiston, Maine
13-week contract
Night shift: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
36 guaranteed hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
ACLS
BLS
PALS
NIHSS
TNCC
Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Management of dysrhythmias
Ventilated patients care

Work Expectations

Must float to ED Holding
No call requirement
No guarantee of weekends off

Unit / Patient Care

Emergency department in a level 2 trauma center
Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics
Typical patient ratio is 1:4
Experience needed with non-trauma emergency department care
Experience needed with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Experience needed with ventilated patients and triage

Additional Notes

Navy blue scrubs required
CPI is preferred
