• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: Work every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Number of Openings: 1
• Facility Size: 100 beds
• Trauma Level: III
• Patient Population: Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric
• Patient Ratios: Divided by area
• Equipment Used: ABL 825, Avea, V60, PB 840, Trilogy, Espirt, Vapotherm, MAC 5500
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems: Cerner, Muse
• Dress Code: Scrubs of any color; street clothes not allowed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Arizona
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, including experience within the last year
• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric and neonatal patients

Work Environment

• Busy 100-bed facility with variable workload (either very busy or waiting between treatments)
• Team-oriented culture; must be a team player who works well with others

• COPD exacerbation
• Pneumonia
• Respiratory failure
• Asthma
• RSV
• Bronchiolitis
• CODE situations
