- 2 supervisory references required; charge nurses count as only one reference

Compliance / Onboarding Notes
- Current government-issued photo ID required within 24–48 hours of signing
- Legal name must match license and certifications
- Background check, fingerprinting, education verification, and multiple state/federal registry searches are required before start
- Physical exam, TB documentation, drug screen, flu documentation, vaccine/immunity documentation, and fit testing are required as applicable
- Infection control policy, code of conduct, confidentiality/IT use agreement, and affiliating health record are required prior to start
