Location: Randallstown, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Shift: Nights (4 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 48
Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Unit: Emergency Room (ER)
Patient Ratios: 1:4 to 1:6
Unit Highlights:
- Primary Stroke Center (Gold status with American Heart Association)
- STEMI patients transferred if catheterization intervention needed
- Two locked behavioral health units in ED with 1:6 ratio, supported by ED staffing and security
- Two rapid evaluation units for urgent and critical care needs with rapid medical screenings
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
Completion of at least one prior travel assignment
Current certifications issued by the American Heart Association:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Current National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
