19 weeks (approximately 4.5 months)

Work Schedule

Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of case management experience, with case management experience within the last year
