Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in specialty
• First-time travelers are welcome
• No local candidates within 50 miles

Work Schedule

• Night shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• Rotating shifts, including holidays and inclement weather
• Must be able to work assigned weekends, take call, and work at least 50% of holidays during the contract

Job Description

• Hybrid position working primarily at one facility with occasional work (about once a week) at a second location
• Physically active role requiring ambulation, reaching, and moving objects over 20 lbs
• Routine contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses
• Facility operates 24/7, 365 days a year

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• High school diploma or equivalent, or Associate’s degree (or equivalent credit hours) in a health science area, or Bachelor’s degree

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to work full shifts and assigned locations throughout contract
• Ability to take call and work weekends/holidays as scheduled
• Must meet physical demands of the role with or without accommodation

• Hybrid role requires flexibility to work at two different facilities
• Prior travel experience is NOT required
