Required Qualifications
- CVOR Technologist with 2 years of experience
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- State of Georgia license required for CRTs and RRTs
- Photo ID required
- Background check must be complete before start
- Education verification of related degree required
- Skills checklist within 12 months, updated annually
- Verification of most recent employer required
- 2 clinical references required
Required Certifications
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIH Stroke Certification, if required for the specialty per unit guidance
Schedule Expectations
- Must work assigned major holidays if they fall during the assignment period
- RTO maximum: 7 days
- Full compliance is required to start on time
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 12 months of start
- TB questionnaire required
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Flu vaccine or declination required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or documentation required
- Tdap is highly recommended but not required
Additional Notes
- Clinical screening is used to determine fit before manager review
- Non-billable orientation hours depend on contract length
