Training and Other Requirements

• FERPA, updated annually
• School-specific fingerprint instructions must be followed

Health Requirements

• Physical exam, if required by the client
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray, if required by the client or state
• TB questionnaire, if required by the client, state, or due to past positive TB results
• Drug testing, if required by the client
• Flu vaccination/documentation, if required by the client
