Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Ascension Specialty Exam: Must be completed prior to first assignment; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed

Ascension EKG Exam: Must be completed with a passing score of at least 80%; only 2 attempts permitted
