Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) - Per Diem

Location: Redding, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 52 weeks (1 year)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Float Requirement: Must float between ICU and Emergency Department (no exceptions)

Job Description

Provide critical care nursing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a per diem basis.
Must be willing and able to float to the Emergency Department as needed.

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

Valid RN license in California.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP).
Valid Driver's License.

Education

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience.
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year.
Emergency Department (ED) experience.
