Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) - Per Diem
Location: Redding, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 52 weeks (1 year)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Float Requirement: Must float between ICU and Emergency Department (no exceptions)
Job Description
- Provide critical care nursing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a per diem basis.
- Must be willing and able to float to the Emergency Department as needed.
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for California (Nursys verification required at onboarding).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP).
Experience
- Specialty: Critical Care (ICU).
- Minimum years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard for critical care RN positions (typically 1+ years ICU experience recommended).

- Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport required.
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation).
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years).
- OIG exclusion check.
- Agency attestation form completed after all credentials are uploaded.
- Badge photo (clear headshot, JPEG format).
