Job Details

• Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Required Certification:

  • RDMS by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography with OB/GYN and Nuchal Translucency (NT)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Preferred Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

• Color Vision test
• COVID-19 Vaccine proof (including booster or approved exemption)
• MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (proof of initiation required)
• Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test with chest x-ray if positive TB
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• Criminal Background Check (Federal, Nationwide, County for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
• Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
• System Access Form completed one week before start
• Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
