Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Shift: Night Shift (7pm-7am), every 3rd weekend and holiday commitment required
Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12 hour shifts), with some flexibility Monday through Friday
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide respiratory care for patients with emergency, acute, and intensive care needs with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership and contribute to standards of care and department goals.
- Work under physician/clinician direction and established policies and guidelines.
- Serve as a role model and preceptor for new staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Care Practitioner experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate's degree or certificate of completion in respiratory care from a respiratory care program
Additional Information
- Ability to use MS Office Suite is required.
- Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
