Overview

Travel/Contract role in Crescent City, California
Day shift: Monday–Friday, 5x8, 8:00–16:30
13-week assignment
Patient volume is about 8–10 patients daily, with acuity of one patient every 30 minutes

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Wound Care (2 years of experience)
Wound Care experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in Charge roles
Experience with Epic

Preferred

WOCN

Additional Notes

EPIC is required
The role involves assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient skin and wound management, patient/family education, and transitions of care
