Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 36 hours per week
• Expected ratio: 1:4
• Every other weekend required
• On-call not required
• Block schedules not required
• 48 hours not approved
• Must have a vehicle for this assignment

Unit / Float Scope

• May float between units
• May be required to float to other units and facilities based on skill set
• Float facilities listed in the source include Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
• If floating consecutive shifts, a hotel may be offered
• If floated to Seaside, there is a $5/hr incentive for hours worked there plus IRS mileage reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• NURSYS verification required
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Certification
• 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Employment application including at least the last 5 years of employment
• Work history verification is required only when submitting an exception request in lieu of meeting reference requirements
