We are seeking an experienced Gastrointestinal Lab Registered Nurse for a dynamic role focused on patient care in a specialized setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GI nursing and experience with various endoscopic procedures.

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide direct patient care in the GI Lab for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.</li>
 <li>Perform various endoscopic procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, and others.</li>
 <li>Monitor patients pre and post-procedure, ensuring safe recovery from sedation.</li>
 <li>Administer medications, including opioid analgesics, and manage patient sedation during procedures.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.</li>
 <li>Utilize Cerner charting for patient documentation and data management.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure</h2>
<ul>
 <li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in a GI Lab or similar environment is required.</li>
 <li>Current PA RN license or compact license is required at the time of application.</li>
 <li>Certifications in ACLS and BLS are mandatory.</li>
 <li>Previous charge experience is preferred.</li>
</ul>

This position is for Day Shift, specifically 1x8 hours from 07:00 to 15:30. The daily patient ratio is expected to be 6.
