Start Date: June 3, 2026
Shift Options:
- 3 shifts of 12 hours (06:30 - 19:00)
- 4 shifts of 10 hours (07:00 - 17:30)
On-call Requirements:
- On-call required approximately 8 weeknights and 4 weekend 24-hour shifts per 6-week schedule
- Weekends and holidays required as scheduled as part of on-call

Government issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
I9 Attestation and E-Verify compliance
Background checks including 7-year criminal search, education verification, and state-specific exclusions (Maryland Medicaid Sanctioned Providers List)
Negative 9 or 10 panel drug screen within 30-45 days prior to start (instant tests not accepted)
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask test within 1 year of start
Immunizations and titers:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (required for certain units)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (positive titer or vaccination proof required)
- Hepatitis B (positive titer or declination accepted)
Flu vaccine or medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct-Mar)
COVID vaccine not required for this location but documentation collected for tracking
TB testing: Negative QGOLD/TSPOT or 2-step PPD within 1 year; chest X-ray and questionnaire if positive history
Competency exams as applicable, including Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam (required for Cath Lab Techs)
Facility-specific documents including confidentiality agreements, dress code review, appearance standards, parking and vehicle registration, and unit-specific job description must be reviewed and signed prior to start
Security ID badge photo required (passport-style with solid background)
OSHA questionnaire required and must be co-signed by agency representative

Candidates must complete all required documentation and attestations within specified timeframes (some within 72 hours of contract signing)
On-call and weekend/holiday work is mandatory as part of the schedule
Manager interviews available if questions arise
