Shift Details
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Works every third weekend (Friday and Saturday)
- On-call once every 6 weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion
- Operate CT equipment ensuring high-quality imaging
- Support patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Background and Compliance Requirements
- 7-year criminal background check within 90 days of start, including FBI and BCI fingerprinting (Ohio-specific codes apply)
- Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG monitoring
- Education accreditation verification required immediately after contract signing
- Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug test within 3 months of start (includes amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids, cocaine, methadone, methaqualone, opiates, PCP, propoxyphene)
- Physical exam within 1 year of start confirming good health and free of contagious disease
- Immunizations and health documentation required:
- Tdap vaccine (adult dose after age 11/12)
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year
- TB questionnaire
- 2 MMR vaccines or positive titers for measles, mumps, and rubella
- Hepatitis B titer or 3-vaccine series (declination acceptable)
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer (medical exemptions require documentation)
- Seasonal flu vaccine or declination during flu season (10/1 - 3/31)
- Fingerprinting must be completed using Ohio BCI & FBI codes; results required prior to start or pending background attestation must be signed if results are delayed
Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA provider or instructor level, renewal allowed onsite
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) may be required depending on unit (check specifics)
- Other certifications such as PALS, NRP, EFM not required for this role
Additional Requirements
- 2 professional references required; at least one must be from a manager or formal leadership (charge RN acceptable as second reference)
- Employment application and skills checklist required prior to start
- Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgment required annually
- Competency exams may be required based on unit specifics
