Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- CVICU experience within the last year
- 1 year of CVICU experience
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- AHA PALS
- NIHSS
- Two satisfactory references
- Employment application
- Skills checklist
- W4 on file
- Background check
- HHS/OIG screening
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- Rubeola, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B vaccination series, titer, or signed declination
- Drug screening
- Flu vaccination or flu declination
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Vaccine attestation form
- Float to like units or lower-acuity units as needed, excluding the ED
- Work 4 weekend shifts in each 4-week cycle
- Work at least one holiday, including the holiday weekend

- Primary source verification of license is required within 30 days of start
- Prior to start, the candidate must complete required facility documentation and onboarding materials
