Assignment Details
- Temp role in the Operating Room (OR)
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Orientation schedule: 10/26
- May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- State license
- Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months
- Driver’s License
- Work history/resume
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date
- License verification
- References: 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
- Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 travel contract completed
Additional Notes
- Local candidates may be accepted in Madison with a 10% rate reduction
