Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIHSS
  • PALS
  • CPI
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 3 years recent RN experience
  • 2 years recent RN experience in a specialty area

Role Summary

  • Provides direct and indirect safe, therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients
  • Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
  • Supports patient and family goals, advocacy, education, documentation, delegation, and coordination of care
