8-hour day shift
5–8-hour shifts
7 call shifts per 6-week period
3 weekend shifts and 4 weekday shifts per 6-week period

Contract Length

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
PALS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

CNOR certification

Key Responsibilities

Scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures
Admit patients to the operative suite
Follow aseptic techniques and intraoperative care standards
Coordinate with team members on intraoperative patient care plans
Serve as a liaison to patients, families, and the operating team
Prepare the operating room for the patient and procedure
Assemble equipment and supplies and confirm equipment functionality and availability of supplies/implants
