Valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, Master's degree in physical therapy, or entry-level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, follow-up, and discharge planning
Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Participate in patient care conferences, family conferences, in-service programs, and departmental meetings
Supervise and coordinate student programs and volunteer support
Assist with department operations, orientation of new associates, scheduling, and performance improvement activities
Educate patients, families, staff, and the community as appropriate
