• Weekend hours: Every other weekend
• Call requirements: None
• Float requirements: First to float

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

This position offers the opportunity to work in a 30-bed unit focused on cardiology and medical-surgical patients, with a supportive team and a patient ratio of 1:6. The role requires a minimum of two years of RN experience in Medsurg or Cardiology, with BLS certification. The schedule includes a PM shift with every other weekend coverage and no call requirements. The unit uses Cerner EMR and standard acute care equipment.
