- Adult patients with stroke, traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, debility, amputation, non-traumatic spinal cord conditions, some traumatic cases, cardiac/pulmonary conditions, and neurological disorders

- Free-standing inpatient rehab hospital

- Patient ratio: 5:1
