Registered Nurse (RN) - Centralized Registry Float

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification

Job Details

Float position within a centralized registry
Shift hours: 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Orientation: 8 non-billable hours; clinicians returning within 12 months of their last assignment are not eligible for non-billable orientation
Call-off policy: Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours before the shift for the entire 13-week assignment

Additional Notes

Local rate adjustments apply for clinicians living within 50 miles of the facility (rate reduction applies, but pay details are excluded)
