MRI Tech Travel/Contract Position

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM (4x10 hour shifts)
• Rotating on-call one night per week
• Initial flexibility required to assist with training; potential to help train new employees

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including experience within the last year
• Certification through ARRT or ARMRIT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or state ID)
• 7-year background check including SS trace, county searches, sex offender registry, education verification, and nationwide checks
• Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
• Transcript or diploma verification
• Education verification through primary source
• Physical exam within 1 year of start date
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start date
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Immunization or titer proof for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (per birth year and policy)
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start date
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (October 1 - March 31)
• Two professional references within 3 years
• Annual skills checklist

Additional Notes

• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Clear, passport-style photo with solid background required for badge
• Completion of facility-specific forms and agreements is mandatory before starting
