Radiation Therapist Travel/Contract Position

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Shift: Day shift, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Must work at two locations approximately 10 miles apart (about 15 minutes driving time).
Block scheduling accommodations are available.
Locals and candidates with pending licenses are accepted.
No weekend shifts required.
No on-call duties.
Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs.
First-time travelers are not accepted.
Return-to-office restrictions ideally no more than 5 days.
Facility uses Varian True Beams (4 units, 2 with EDGE packages), GE CT SIM, Align/Vision RT, CBCT, and Triggered Imaging technology.
Facility type: Short Term Acute Care, Magnet recognized, Teaching hospital, Level III Trauma center.
Charting system: Excellian/Epic.
Parking cost: Flat rate of $0.55/hour.
Scrub color: Grey.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiation Therapist license in Minnesota.
Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience within the last year.
Must hold current ARRT-T (Therapeutic Radiologic Technologist) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA or ARC, RQI acceptable; certificate of completion not accepted).
