Overview
- Travel/contract role in Portland, Oregon
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Patient ratio: 1:4
- Floating between units is expected
- A vehicle is required for this assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 2 years or more of total travel experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Schedule / Assignment Details
- On-call is not required
- Block scheduling is not required
- Floating to other units and facilities may occur based on staffing needs
Clinical / Unit Notes
- Short-term acute care setting
- 418 staffed beds
- Epic is used for charting
Additional Considerations
- If floating to Seaside for consecutive shifts, hotel lodging may be offered at additional cost
- Parking is free
