Overview

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist with 2 years of experience
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARDMS
Experience in an Acute Care setting

Job Responsibilities

Performs general diagnostic ultrasound examinations
Prepares neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients for scans and treatments
Operates ultrasound equipment to produce scans
Supports training, equipment maintenance, and QA/QC activities
Assists with patient transport as needed
Performs surgical, portable, emergency, trauma, and outpatient ultrasound examinations
