MS/Tele Float

Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Saint Louis, Missouri.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–7:15.
• 13-week contract.
• Start date is 3–4 weeks out per compliance tier.
• First-timers accepted: Yes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri.
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience).
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
• IV Certification.
• Telemetry.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Local candidates are not accepted within a 75-mile radius.
• Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum, plus holiday rotation.
• No more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• NIH.

Float Scope

• Floats to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro.
• Nurses will float between medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units.

Additional Details

• Ratios: 1:5–6 on days and weekends; 1:6 on nights.
• On-call is not required.
• Block scheduling is not accommodated.
• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
• Special requirements include lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner.
• Scrub color: Navy Blue.
• Charting system: EPIC.
• Free parking.
