BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

Schedule and Work Expectations

Must be open to all shift times; specific shift requests cannot be accommodated
Self-scheduling is based on seniority
Weekend coverage may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
Block scheduling may be accommodated based on unit need

Assignment Conditions

No call
No floating between like units
RTO must be included at the time of submission
Guaranteed hours may be reduced by one call-off per two-week pay period
