Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend rotation
- One on-call shift per 6-week scheduling period
- 13-week contract
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Respiratory Therapist license in Wisconsin
- Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Pediatric Respiratory Therapist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Additional Requirements
- Background check within 90 days prior to the original start date
- Wisconsin caregiver screening within 90 days of start
- WI BID form
- E-Verify
- Employment application
- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgment
- Competency exam, as applicable to the profession/specialty
- Pass/fail testing for telemetry-related orientation requirements, as applicable
- Physical exam
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- TB questionnaire
- Tdap vaccination
- MMR immunity or vaccination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination, if providing direct patient care or with potential blood/body fluid exposure
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Drug screen
