Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association
South Carolina or compact license
First-time travelers not accepted
Local candidates accepted within 60 miles
Radiation badge required
Must provide a copy of driver’s license/state ID
Must provide a copy of Social Security card
Must complete E-Verify attestation
Must pass background check, work history verification, and reference checks
Must complete required onboarding modules before start
Must complete a physical exam
Must complete fit testing within 90 days prior to start
Must complete drug screening within 90 days prior to start
Must provide required immunization or declination documentation, including Tdap, TB screening, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, flu documentation or exemption, and COVID documentation or declination
Must complete annual TB questionnaire
Must complete competency exam
Must provide a skills checklist
Must provide a photo for badge

Experience with ophthalmology, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, genitourinary, endocrine, surgical oncology, plastics, robotics, and total joints
Unit does not perform general surgery, labor and delivery, or pediatrics
Candidate should be well-rounded in specialties that match the caseload
