Medical Surgical RN Travel Contract

Location

• Wichita Falls, Texas

Schedule

• Day shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• May be scheduled for 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Job Details

• Must be agreeable to floating between medical-surgical units
• Epic experience is strongly preferred
• All requested time off must be included at submission or before accepting the offer

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Travel experience required
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• NURSYS verification
• Physical exam
• TB screening
• Drug screen
