Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00pm–7:30am
- Monday through Friday schedule with 2–3 weekends required per 6-week scheduling period
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Compliance / Onboarding
- Wisconsin caregiver screening and Wisconsin BID form required
- Background check required
- Employment application required
- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist required annually
- Drug screen required
- TB questionnaire and negative TB or chest X-ray required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- Tdap documentation required
- MMR, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation or approved exemptions required
- Physical exam required by agency standard
- Fit mask completed onsite
Schedule Notes
- Evening/night 12-hour shifts
- Weekend coverage required as part of the schedule
