RN traveler needed to support ED boarding needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience
- License/certification verification required
- Resume with the past 7 years of work experience
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
Onboarding / Compliance
- Color headshot photo taken within the past 6 months
- N95 fit test completed within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator medical clearance attestation
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB screening documentation within 3 months of start date
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
