Job Description

• Provide nursing care in a surgical setting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, preferably within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Perioperative nursing experience

• Annual respirator fit test is optional but may be required depending on facility policies.

Summary

This is a per diem RN Surgery position working 12-hour day shifts for approximately 3 shifts per month over a 13-week contract. The role requires an active RN license, multiple certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP as applicable), and comprehensive immunization and health screenings. Candidates must pass competency exams and complete all onboarding documentation and background checks.
