Role Summary

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to help restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy or Masters degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
• DCI/BVP
• Driver's License
