CT Technologist (Night Shift) - Columbus, Ohio

Position Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (9:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Specialty: CT Technologist

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• Fit Test.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if TB positive (per regional guidelines).
• COVID-19 vaccination proof including booster by September 2025, or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses) or IgG titer lab report.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted).
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer.
• Physical/Health Statement from exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start.
• Confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit forms signed and on file.
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) including SSN verification, dated within 30 days.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• EPLS, GSA/OIG exclusion checks, and NSO reports dated within 30 days.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Trinity profile submission including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.
• Trinity skills checklist completed prior to onboarding (agency provided for clinical contractors).
• Joint Commission CORE exam completed within the past year.
• Standard I9 form completed by the agency.

Additional Notes

• This position requires working night shifts on a 4x10 schedule.
• All documentation must be uploaded into the designated system prior to or at onboarding.
• Declinations for vaccines are not accepted in California or Illinois.
• Hepatitis B titers will not be accepted; vaccination proof is mandatory.
• Specialty competency and skills checklists are required for clinical contractors.
