Contract
- Travel nursing assignment
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts
- Night shift: 7 PM–7 AM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS Certification issued by American Heart Association
- PALS Certification issued by American Heart Association
- BLS Certification issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Role Overview
- Provides and supervises individualized nursing care in the emergency department
- Completes patient assessments, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge planning
- Collaborates with physicians and the care team
- May act as preceptor and charge nurse
- May be assigned to other nursing units as staffing needs require
Scheduling Notes
- Willingness to work Thanksgiving is required
- No time off requests during Thanksgiving; requests will be reviewed
