APP and MD teams are very welcoming of locums staff. There are regular updates sent to the APP team. APP manager is top notch. Unit provides Level IV neonatal care.
Cons
This is a high census, high acuity 51 bed NICU, often with census 55-70. There are satellite spaces to accommodate increased census.
