Pediatric OT
Overview
- Outpatient pediatric occupational therapy role in Meridian, Idaho.
- 13-week contract.
- Day shift, 40 hours per week.
- Treatment sessions are 1 hour blocks.
- Typical caseload is 8–9 patients per day, depending on shift length.
Required Qualifications
- BLS (AHA or ARC).
- Pediatric therapy experience in an outpatient setting.

Setting and Patient Population
- Outpatient OT department.
- Patients commonly include autism, developmental delays, rare genetic syndromes, cerebral palsy, motor delays, coordination disorders, sensory processing disorders, behavioral concerns, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, and emotional regulation issues.
Schedule and Orientation
- Centralized scheduling and front desk PAS schedule patients.
- 1 week of orientation/shadowing is offered to learn scheduling pathways, Epic documentation, and patient demographics.
- 8- or 10-hour day shifts are available.
Work Environment
- OT manager/supervisor is present on each shift.
- Rehab aides are available.
- No COTAs at this location.
- Weekend and holiday requirements: none.
Dress Code
- Scrubs in any color and/or professional attire without holes or rips.
- Closed-toe shoes are always required.
