Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional abilities
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, safe movement techniques, and home modifications
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and on time
