Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Location

  • Utica, New York

Schedule

  • 12-hour evening shift
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift time: 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New York
  • ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association
  • NIHSS
  • TNCC
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Driver's License
  • Experience managing pressors (Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine, Dopamine)
  • Experience managing vasodilators (Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG)
  • Experience managing anti-arrhythmic medications (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido)
  • Experience managing sedation drips (Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl)
  • Experience with Rapid Infusor equipment
  • Experience with Arctic Sun equipment
  • Pediatrics experience
  • Experience with Epic
