Experience:
- Minimum 2 years recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting (250+ beds)
- Experience in a busy Level 1 trauma center
- Preferred: Prior travel experience highly preferred (not explicitly required)
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active BLS (AHA) certification required
- Active North Dakota or Compact RN License required
Skills:
- EPIC experience (must note on resume where used)
- Ability to perform head-to-toe and focused assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Thorough attention to detail and understanding of various disease processes
Other:
- Willingness to float to all units/locations within Fargo as needed

Unit: 32-bed medical-surgical unit (all single rooms)
Patient Population: Adult patients
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
- Day (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM): 1:4-5
- Night (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): 1:5-6
Shift:
- 12-hour shifts, rotating day/night
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Shift rotation varies by unit needs; travelers can self-schedule but may be adjusted to balance the unit
Floating: May be required to float to other med-surg units within the facility and nearby locations

Travelers living within 60 miles of the facility are not eligible for this assignment.
Travelers living 60 to 80 miles away may be subject to a reduced travel rate.
Must disclose if previously worked for the facility; a minimum 6-month gap is required before reapplying.
Scrub color: Navy Blue
All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility.
