Physical Therapist (PT) - Long-Term Assignment

Location: Ridgecrest, California
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Evaluate and treat patients under physician orders using therapeutic procedures and modalities.
• Focus on restoring muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, relieving pain, and improving movement and function.
• Practice in accordance with the California State Practice Act.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Valid Driver's License.

Onboarding Requirements

• Professional State License verification (including acceptance of out-of-state licenses if permitted by state executive orders).
• Current BLS certification.
• COVID-19 vaccine.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, Tdap immunizations.
• TB test and annual TB questionnaire.
• Physical/health statement.
• Driver’s license or state ID.
• Criminal background check.
• Education and employment verification.
• Resume submission required.
• Two professional references.
• Confirmation of assignment.
• Employment verification.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check.
• I9 documentation and attestation.
• Motor vehicle report and attestation.
• Drug screening.
• Skills checklist and core competencies verification.
• Webchecks.

• This is a long-term assignment (LTA) position.
