Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Baseline competency exam for medication and ECG is required for all bedside RNs except OR RNs
References: 2 required from employment within 1 year of start, from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director
Employment application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
Background check, fingerprinting, education verification, physical exam, fit mask, TB screening, immunization documentation, drug screening, flu documentation, eye exam, and Ohio fingerprint attestation are required as part of onboarding
