Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Mansfield, Ohio
- Home Health RN with recent experience required
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00
- Rotating weekends about every 8th weekend, with on-call Saturday/Sunday 8a-5p
- Territory: Marion, OH; up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
- Geriatric patient population
- Average census: 5-7 patients per day
- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
- Locals accepted at travel rate
- First timers accepted: No
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Home Health experience within the last year
- 1 year of Home Health experience
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
- Experience with OASIS
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
- On-call availability every 8th weekend
- Flexible with territory
- Timely documentation, with charting completed by 9a the following morning
- Timely communication
- Home Health positions require proof of current auto insurance if driving is part of the job
